Guided Meditations
Stillness, Vol. I
Three recordings to soften the nervous system at the end of a long day.

Edgar Wellness · Coaching for inner stillness
Coaching and practices for inner calm, grounded confidence, and emotional clarity — for people quietly tired of the noise.
I — Philosophy

This work isn’t about adding more.
It’s about returning. To the part of you that doesn’t flinch. To attention that holds steady when the mind doesn’t. To a kind of confidence that doesn’t need to prove anything.
Calm isn’t a destination. It’s a relationship — with your own awareness, practiced quietly, day after day.
II — Story

I didn’t come to this work through certainty. I came through anxiety — the kind that hums underneath everything and makes presence feel impossible.
A decade of meditation, study across multiple traditions, and 50 days of silence in a Buddhist monastery deep in the remote jungles of Thailand slowly rearranged what I thought I knew about myself.
What changed wasn’t the world. It was the relationship to it. And the steadiness that emerged from that is what I help others find — without the spiritual costume, without the rush.
First sit. A decade of meditation begins quietly, without ceremony.
Studies across traditions — Zen, Vipassanā, Advaita, contemplative Christianity.
50 days of silence in a Buddhist monastery deep in the remote jungles of Thailand. Something irreversible.
Coaching the kind of work I once needed — grounded, human, real.
III — Coaching
Private coaching for people quietly carrying too much. We work slowly, honestly, and without performance — until the noise loosens its grip and something steadier returns.

“The anxiety didn’t disappear. My relationship to it did. That changed everything.”
